Home restored after house fire

When we receive a call that a house has had a fire, we assign the job to one of our Production Managers. The PM goes to the home and assesses the situation. He establishes a clean up and discusses a restoration plan with the homeowner. The great thing about our PM's is that they are all friendly and great communicators. We feel that being able to talk with our customers and help them through the process is such an important part of our work.  When someone has experienced a fire, they have enough stress to deal with. Here at SERVPRO of Shelton, Naugatuck, we take pride in being part of the solution.
